Our client bought an investment apartment in Knokke, partly for his own use, partly for vacation rental. The owner did not have the time to take care of the interior design. In order to rent out the apartment quickly, he turned to Uptone. At that time, a large chunk of the budget had already been earmarked for custom cabinets.

What we pay attention to
Dining Table
Because of the space available, we opted for an extendable model. This allowed an expansion of the number of seats from six to eight.
Curtains
Matching the style of the apartment were light gray linen curtains. This created a pleasant atmosphere tailored to the coast. In the dining area, we installed an additional black wooden blind for privacy. The bedroom windows were fitted with blackout blinds. These provided the optimal blackout for a good night's sleep.
Accessories
Since the apartment was also intended for rental, the owner requested that all cutlery, plates, pots, pans, glasses, napkins, placemats, and so on be provided. Quality linen, blankets and sheets were not to be missed.
Painting
Uptone chose a low-maintenance, washable quality paint. Easy to polish and durability guaranteed.
Lighting
We worked with dimmable LED bulbs for lighting control of your choice.
