The young owner of this studio was looking for an all-in-one partner for the interior design of his first own place in the heart of Ghent. Because his time and budget were limited, he called on the expertise of the Uptone team.

What we pay attention to
Seating
We chose an extendable model. Depending on the need, it offered six to eight seats. The ideal solution for limited space. The customer was unsure about the color of the fabric, so Uptone simulated the options. This allowed him to decide quickly.
Television
The wall that had to support the television was very narrow. A swivel TV bracket allowed for a larger screen and allowed the client to position it at the correct angle.
Curtains in the living space
For the curtains, we chose a fabric with a very subtle pattern. To break the light, the fabric had to have a sufficient density. So the owner could watch TV and enjoy the necessary privacy without any problems.
Curtains in the bedroom
For uniformity, we chose the same fabric for the curtains, albeit with a 100% blackout lining. This was a specific wish of the client, since he often works at night and needs to be able to sleep during the day.
Accessories
The client wanted to see Oriental elements reflected in the interior. Uptone suggested a carpet with Oriental motifs and matching accessories.
